Hi! I’m Sharon,
but most people call me Shar (like “share”).
After more than 20 years of shaping brands in the homebuilding industry, I’m pouring that experience into helping small businesses shine and grow with confidence.

I created Take Shar Marketing to offer a more personal, partnership driven approach where marketing feels clear, aligned, and something you can truly get excited about.

My Story & My “Why”

I grew up in a large Italian family that celebrated everything, and being one of five children (including a twin!) taught me early on the values of partnership, teamwork, and being there for others. That same spirit guides every client relationship I have today.

My passion for the homebuilding industry began with my dad, who built our family home by hand. I learned that a home isn’t just a structure; it’s where comfort, joy, and memories are created. That’s why the world of homebuilding feels so personal to me. I’m not just marketing houses; I’m helping to tell the story of where life unfolds.

Raleigh is where my career and confidence grew, and where my family put down roots. Becoming a mom shifted my priorities and reminded me of the importance of building a life that blends purpose, balance, and heart. I want my daughters to see that it’s possible to lead with passion while also making time for the moments that matter most.

Throughout every chapter of my life, my energy has remained consistent; I’ve always been the one cheering others on. That “hype-girl” spirit is woven into Take Shar Marketing. Take Shar Marketing is the blend of my roots, my experience, and my love for helping people grow. “Shar” may be my nickname, but the mission is all about you helping your business take its share of the market with clarity, confidence, and heart.
